Hotel Classic - Kyiv

I recently stayed at Hotel Classic for 7 nights and I can say it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, close to the city center and the railway station. The rooms are modern with great facilities and everything was immaculately clean. The staff, especially Veronica, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They arranged a taxi and a porter to assist me with my luggage and even guided me to my train. I was also impressed that the hotel refunded my money for the night I didn't stay without any hesitation. a great hotel with helpful staff.

This hotel is a gem! the location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and fast food places nearby. It's also just a short walk to the bus and metro stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of, especially thanks to the amazing receptionist, Yuliana. Finally, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Despite not having any windows, they still feel spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast provided is also delicious, providing a great start to the day.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, close to the central station and within walking distance of the city center, is very convenient. Plus, the breakfast is delicious and there is a communal kitchen available for use.

The hotel's central position is a great advantage for exploring the city. The room with a private bathroom was like a little sanctuary, complete with slippers and a bath or shower. The 24-hour reception staff was always there to assist and cater to all my needs. The free WiFi throughout the property made it convenient to stay connected. The room was equipped with a TV with satellite channels, providing entertainment during downtime. The proximity to beautiful St Volodymyr's Cathedral and Saint Sophia Cathedral, less than 3 kilometers away, allowed for easy visits to these stunning landmarks. The hardwood/parquet flooring in the stylish accommodations added a touch of elegance.

Ground floor noise can be heard due to poor door quality.

The hotel was located in a convenient area, within walking distance of the central railway station and nearby good restaurants. the rooms were well-maintained and included modern amenities such as saunas. We especially enjoyed the breakfast service, which was delivered to our room and contained a variety of tasty options.

The entrance to the hotel was difficult to locate initially, as it was situated on the backside of the building. some economy rooms were quiet but lacked windows, causing them to feel a bit stuffy.

The attention to detail is commendable, as they provide basic amenities like a small fridge and an electric kettle in the spacious and modern rooms. The central location is a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff add to the positive experience.
